Time Equity & Cultural Competency
Located in Inkster, Michigan, the Zaman Community Health Center provides supplemental health care for low-income women at no cost. It offers culturally competent preventative, primary, and specialist health care along with health education. Rooted in time and language equity, the Center empowers women to become active and informed participants in their health journey.
The Center offers care to women who are served by Zaman’s other programs, including case management and workforce development. This holistic approach aims to break the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their families.
