We transform maternal, newborn, and child health across Nigeria through evidence-based, locally led solutions. In Kano state, our AEARI project scaled the E-MOTIVE PPH bundle, training 242 birth attendants and driving a 37.6% reduction in maternal mortality. Our SafeMama initiative uses an AI-enabled WhatsApp chatbot and solar LED boards to make community-generated facility safety ratings publicly visible, driving accountability. In Gombe State, the EMBRACE programme delivers gender-transformative Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) to overcome demand-side barriers. Meanwhile, our ACCESS project in Benue, Enugu, and Taraba empowers adolescent girls through the "Big Sister" mentorship model; the program has reached over 6,486 adolescent girls, linking over 1,117 of these girls to vital sexual and reproductive health services. By integrating community voice and government partnerships, we build sustainable systems for quality care.
