Africa Health Innovations advances maternal, child, and newborn health through community-centered education, healthcare partnerships, and sustainable health interventions, with a focus on Senegal and underserved communities. Our program addresses barriers to quality care throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Key priorities include maternal and newborn health education, early recognition and referral of pregnancy-related complications such as postpartum hemorrhage and preeclampsia, postpartum support, and improved access to essential healthcare services. By collaborating with healthcare professionals, hospitals, community organizations, and local stakeholders, we aim to strengthen health systems, empower families, and reduce preventable maternal and newborn illness and deaths.
