Maternal malnutrition is a major health challenge in Pakistan, with 42% of women malnourished and nearly half of pregnant women anemic. Many mothers in urban slums lack antenatal care due to financial, cultural, and access barriers, leading to dangerous complications. HELP supports 500 pregnant women through nutrition supplements given only during ANC visits, encouraging consistent care. Women delivering at the facility receive a dignity pack, strengthening trust, promoting safer births, and giving newborns a healthier start.
