Isra leads Every Pregnancy as Chief Executive Officer, spearheading its vision to make every pregnancy safe by mobilising faith-inspired philanthropy, forging global partnerships, and driving high-impact campaigns like For Mama to save the lives of mothers and babies in the world’s most vulnerable communities.

Marleen leads strategy and operations for Every Pregnancy, creating and overseeing the systems that enable our coalition to function effectively. She ensures partners can design, track and measure the impact of their work for mothers and newborns in crisis-affected communities.

Leeda coordinates Every Pregnancy’s partnerships and programs. She serves as our hub for coalition engagement, campaign execution, program reporting, and operational support to ensure partners are aligned and equipped to deliver impact.

Mahboob leads partnerships and advocacy for Every Pregnancy in the United Kingdom (UK), building relationships with faith-inspired organisations, mobilising communities, and amplifying the coalition’s voice in the UK to advance maternal and newborn health.

Sumayya is Public Relations Consultant for Every Pregnancy, shaping media outreach and storytelling to elevate the coalition’s voice and spotlight the impact of our coalition.

Harshita Dubey supports our content development. She creates compelling multimedia that amplify our message and showcases how our partners and campaigns impact lives of mothers and newborns globally.

Shami is Strategic Communications Consultant for Every Pregnancy, helping the coalition communicate not only what it does, but why it matters and the difference it makes. He supports communications strategy, external affairs, and digital engagement, helping strengthen the coalition’s shared voice in pursuit of a world where every pregnancy is safe.

Maisa coordinates Every Pregnancy’s financial grants management, internal programmatic logistics, and onboarding processes for staff and consultants. She serves as our hub for operational support and institutional knowledge management, ensuring Every Pregnancy staff are equipped to deliver impact.

Ibrahim is a public health and governance specialist with over 20 years of experience advancing maternal, newborn, and child health and strengthening health systems across Northern Nigeria. He brings deep expertise across MNCH, health systems, advocacy, and M&E, and is particularly recognised for his work with religious and traditional institutions to drive culturally grounded, community-led change.

Freckle Design Studio leads on our creative strategy and design. Creative Director Claudia Costa-Rowse and Brand Designer Juliette Van Rhyn shape the visual identity that brings our movement and campaigns to life.
